Abec 11 made a great wheel in the grippins. If your looking for a wheel that enables you to do some crusing and carving these wheels are for you. You will feel very comfortable on these wheels as you tackle even some of the largest hills.

Have run over railroad tracks with these--got to go diagonal though. The gaps alongside rails were big enough to engulf wheels, but crossing intelligently can be done at speed. Also able to plow over sheets of plywood that were mashed down a little bit, but I was suprised to make it. Excellent road masher on gnarly streets full of potholes, gravel and sand.

Great wear, great look. Should be called slippins though, once broken in, they slide A LOT. If your looking for a grippy wheel this is not for you. I recommend this for cruising or ripping hills, not flat out dh, ul overdrift on the turns.
