Birdhouse is Tony Hawk's brand. Tony Hawk began skating in 1968. He probably never thought he was going to start Birdhouse skateboards when he started skateboarding. A cast of all star skaters fills out Birdhouse skateboards roster: Steve Nesser, Brian Sumner, Aaron suski, Willy Manaloto Santos, Bucky Lasek, Matt Ball. A lot of younger skaters prefer birdhouse skateboards, probably because of the easy to ride design.
