Hades Skateboards never forget where skateboarding came from, it wasn't a nationally televised sport, much less the trendy clothes to be wearing. It came from the underground, it was a lifestyle, it was a bunch of friends in a parking lot or a backyard pool that you snuck into. It was about helping each other invent new tricks and styles, it was our culture, our lifestyle, NOT a sport to be judged. It was subject to ridicule by your peers for skating. It was looked down on by authority figures for destroying their property and being an insurance risk, not as an art-form or a positive thing to be doing to help a person learn self-development and the value of self accomplishment after you finally land that trick you've been trying for hours, days, or even weeks.
