Loaded Longboards - Orangatang Wheels - Durian - Yellow

75mm tall with a Contact patch (width of wheel in contact with ground) of 45mm. These offset wheels are intended for grippy, hard carving and consistent, controlled slides. Double rounded lips, and a stone ground/pre-broken in surface for smooth slides out of the box.

The 86a'a are nice and slidey out of the box and designed for more consistent wear throughout the life of the wheel.

These wheels are a little hard to get used to at first because the harder durometer makes them slide but the wide contact patch makes them grip. Once you get used to the wheels they are a lot of fun and pretty fast. Like it.

They say these wheels grip and slip but what do they mean? At cruising or carving speeds, relativley low to moderate, the wheels grip well with that "tire rolling off the rims" feel when they are about to break. At high speeds they let loose fast and when sliding 180's (coleman's and hands down slides) you can keep speed during the slide. Bottom line: I trust these wheels at moderate speeds to hold the ground for carves and select "dancing moves" For those looking to link slides together to control speed down steeper stuff, these wheels are for you.
