Marvel Comics T-Shirts Secret Wars - Secret Wars was a 12 issue series from the mid 80's that set the stage for several future "crossovers" and special events between different Marvel superheros.



The series drew together heroes and villains from the far reaches of the Marvel Universe. One of the most badass battles from Secret Wars was Spiderman finding and wearing the black Venom Symbiote. Symbiotes have been described as "living costumes" and basically envelope their host using their bodies like living puppets. The hosts are usually left alive but some villains do things like eat their hosts brains!
