It doesn't turn properly. It just falls over at the slightest angle. It goes into wobbles at very low speeds. The wheels don't return to a neutral position on their own. The springs squeak all the time. The rubber grip is too small and too soft. A proper handlebar would make it slightly better. It's too heavy for use as a casual commuting vehicle.
I've tried the springs on a range of settings and it makes no difference to any of the problems above.
3 wheels are no improvement over 2 wheels. Anybody who is used to riding something with 2 wheels, whether a bike, or a scooter, can provide their own natural balance. But the extra wheel disrupts this. It means that you either go in a straight line, or fall off.
Also, Micro representatives and the Micro company in Switzerland believe that they have a simply fantastic product and they are not interested in listening to complaints. If you buy a scooter, be sure to buy from a reputable company.
