How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?

A Return Authorization (RA) is required for all returns. Please contact our customer service at 1.415.377.3131 (Domestic and International) 10-6pm PST or email for a RA number. Please provide your order number and/or last name. A return label will be sent via E-mail. The customer needs to print the form from a printer and place it with the item/s to be returned.

Please contact our customer service +1.415.377.3131 (Domestic and International) 10-6pm PST or e-mail (24 hrs) for a Return Authorization so we may expedite your exchange as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Please contact our customer service at +1.415.377.3131 or e-mail for your Return Authorization. The customer is responsible for shipping cost for the items to the USA and back to the foreign country.

Items sent with "free shipping" will be subject to a 10% restocking fee if refunded.

**NOTE: Only UNUSED and NEW items are allowed to be returned or exchanged. Items returned used will result in the customer's credit card being charged to pay for the used items. No refunds will be issued and no correspondence will be entertained.

**Return/Exchange items via Cash On Delivery (COD) will be refused and returned to the shipper.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service within 30 days of delivery at +1.415.377.3131(Domestic and International) . Please provide your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. Provide your e-mail address and phone number and we will make every reasonable effort to replace the item for you. We will cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping. If there is extensive damage to the carton, contact the Postal carrier and the Customer Service immediately at +1.415.377.3131. Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Service Specialist.

A refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase will be issued within 7 business days upon receipt of your return/exchange. (i.e. Credit Cards and Paypal will be refunded electronically and Money Orders will be sent by a company check.

The customer is responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries. These taxes are not included in the total invoice from Skates on Haight. We only charge for shipping from United States to your respective country.

*Skates on Haight DOES NOT profit monetarily nor reap any other benefits from the taxes imposed on the customer by their respective government.

All vinyl sales are final. Warped records CANNOT BE RETURNED for any reason. Many records come with a slight warp due to imperfect presses and distributor storage. This problem is easy to correct. Just place your thumbs on the center of the record and flex the edges in the opposite direction of the warp. Rotate, repeat, test on the turntable. Do this a couple times whenever you play the record and it should fix itself.

When will my order ship?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
